  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup snap peas

  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Cook lo mein noodles in boiling salted water until al dente; drain and rinse.
