Instructions

- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- In a small bowl, mix softened cream cheese with a tablespoon of sugar until smooth.
- Fill each muffin cup halfway with batter, add a tablespoon of cream cheese mixture in the center, then top off with more batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
