- ¾ cup granulated sugar, divided
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream (full-fat)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup strawberries (fresh)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and ¼ cup sugar until combined. Press into a lined 9×9-inch baking pan.
- Beat cream cheese in a bowl until smooth. Gradually add remaining sugar and sour cream; mix until well blended. Stir in vanilla extract.

- Pour half of the plain batter onto the crust; alternate spoonfuls of fruit batters on top. Use a knife to create swirls.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until edges are set but center jiggles slightly. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least four hours.
