- 1 lb fresh scallops
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- 2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add scallops in a single layer and sear for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- 3. Lower heat, pour in heavy cream, and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- 4. Drain the pasta (reserve some pasta water) and add it to the skillet. Toss gently with the sauce, adding reserved water for consistency as needed.
- 5. Remove from heat, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the dish, sprinkle with parsley, and serve immediately.
