- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Bake in a greased dish for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- While the chicken bakes, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté diced onions until translucent (about 5 minutes), then stir in green chiles.
- Shred the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and mix with sautéed onions and chiles.
- Assemble burritos by placing shredded chicken mixture and cheese in the center of each tortilla. Roll tightly.
