  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook spaghetti until al dente (8-10 minutes). Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Toss in fresh spinach and red pepper flakes, cooking until the spinach wilts (2-3 minutes).
  4. Add drained spaghetti to the skillet, mixing well with spinach and garlic. Gradually add reserved pasta water until reaching desired consistency.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Plate your spaghetti hot, adding extra Parmesan if desired.
