  • 1 cup fresh lump crab meat
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and reserve some pasta water.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté minced garlic until golden brown.

  5. Toss in cooked spaghetti, mixing until well coated; add reserved pasta water if needed.
