  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 large egg (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, egg, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Scoop the mixture into golf ball-sized portions and roll into smooth meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil to help them crisp up while baking.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
