  • 2 medium carrots, diced
  • 1 cup frozen green peas

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes (prepared)

  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large skillet, brown the ground lamb or beef over medium heat until fully cooked, draining excess fat.
  2. Add the diced onion and carrots to the skillet; sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
  3. Stir in the frozen peas, dried thyme, rosemary, and vegetable broth. Simmer for about 10 minutes until thickened.
