- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli)
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 cup firm tofu (optional), pressed and cubed
Instructions
