  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 can (5 oz) solid white albacore tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley or dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine drained tuna, mayonnaise, diced onion, and herbs until well mixed.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
  3. Place one tortilla in the skillet, spread half of the tuna mixture on top, then sprinkle with cheddar cheese before folding the tortilla.
  4. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown underneath. Flip carefully and cook another 3-4 minutes until both sides are golden and cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from heat, slice into wedges, and serve warm with salsa or guacamole.
