- 2 tbsp mayonnaise

- 1 tbsp butter or oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine drained tuna, mayonnaise, diced onion, and herbs until well mixed.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet, spread half of the tuna mixture on top, then sprinkle with cheddar cheese before folding the tortilla.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown underneath. Flip carefully and cook another 3-4 minutes until both sides are golden and cheese is melted.
