Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone grill over medium-high heat.
  2. Rinse scallops under cold water and pat dry thoroughly with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, toss scallops with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Place seasoned scallops on the hot grill in a single layer and cook undisturbed for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Flip scallops, squeeze fresh lemon juice over them, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until just cooked through.
  6. Add small pats of butter on top of each scallop before removing from heat.
  7. Serve immediately while warm.
