- 1 lb top sirloin steak or flank steak
- 2 heads Romaine lettuce hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 English cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
- 4 oz authentic Greek feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp dried Greek oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
- Grill steak: Season steak and sear in hot grill pan for 4-5 min per side until medium-rare.

- Rest & slice: Rest steak 10 min, then carve against the grain into thin strips.

- Toss greens: Toss chopped lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, and olives with Greek vinaigrette in a bowl.
