  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (mixed colors)
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by slicing the beef and vegetables.
  2. Marinate the beef in soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  4. Sear the marinated beef for about 3-4 minutes until browned.

  6. Return the beef to the pan with bell peppers; add oyster sauce and mix well.
