Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine water and butter until boiling. Add flour all at once and stir until it forms a ball.
- Remove from heat; let cool slightly before adding eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Transfer dough to a piping bag and pipe small mounds onto the prepared baking sheet.

- While cooling, whip heavy cream with sugar until soft peaks form, then fold in sliced strawberries.
