- 1 lb lean ground beef or turkey
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and poke holes in each potato.
- Bake potatoes for 45-60 minutes until tender.
- Meanwhile, cook ground beef or turkey in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and mix well.
- Slice baked potatoes lengthwise without cutting all the way through. Fluff insides with a fork.
