Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bag (24 oz) frozen crinkle-cut fries
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • sliced jalapeños for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F. Spread the frozen fries on a baking sheet and toss with olive oil. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
  2. While the fries bake, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook ground beef until browned, draining excess fat. Season with paprika and garlic powder.
  3. Once fries are done, layer cooked beef over them and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously on top. Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted.
  4. Remove from the oven and garnish with green onions and jalapeños if desired. Serve warm with sour cream on the side.
