  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • Zest of 2 key limes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until sandy. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared dish.
  3. Bake crust for about 10 minutes or until lightly golden.
