- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 large eggs

- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cube the day-old bread and place it in a large mixing bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, heavy cream, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger until smooth.
