Everything sold on Flavorecipe (flavorecipe.com) is a digital product — recipe ebooks and downloadable recipe files in PDF format. Nothing is physically shipped, and access is granted as soon as your payment goes through.

All sales are final

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once downloaded, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on completed purchases.

When we will refund you

We will issue a full refund if:

• your download link never worked and we could not fix it for you;
• you were charged more than once for the same item;
• the file you received was corrupted, incomplete, or not the product described.

Email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem, and we will sort it out.

EU and UK customers

Consumers in the EU and UK normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once the download begins — by completing checkout you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge the withdrawal right is waived at that point. This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty or not as described.
